Last updated: 07.10.2026

This Cookie Policy explains how V17 Ventures Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number Σ13 744, acting through its General Partner, CLC Consulting Ltd (Reg. No. HE 280 648) ("V17", "we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use https://v17.vc/ and pages hosted on that domain (the "Website").
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on or accessed from your device when you visit a website.
We may also use similar technologies, including pixels, tags, scripts, local storage and other tracking technologies. For the purposes of this Cookie Policy, we refer to these technologies collectively as "cookies and similar technologies".
Some of these technologies are necessary for the Website to function. Others help us understand how the Website is used, measure the effectiveness of our services or advertising, and improve the Website.

2. Types of technologies we use2.1 Strictly necessary technologies

These technologies are required for the operation and security of the Website or for functionality expressly requested by you. They may be used, for example, to:
• maintain a user session;
• enable account authentication;
• remember privacy or cookie preferences;
• protect the Website against fraud, abuse or security threats;
• provide essential technical functionality.
Where applicable law allows, these technologies may be used without your consent because they are strictly necessary for providing the service requested by you.
2.2 Tag management and analytics technologies
We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags and their activation on the Website. Google Tag Manager is used as a tag-management tool; analytics and marketing tags managed through it remain subject to the consent rules described below.
With your consent to Analytics technologies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Website, including to measure Website traffic, page views, sessions, registrations or other Website events, and to improve Website performance and user experience.
Google Analytics may process information such as device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, session information and identifiers associated with the browser or device. We activate Google Analytics only after you consent to Analytics technologies.
2.3 Advertising and marketing technologies
With your consent to Marketing technologies, we use advertising and marketing technologies to measure advertising campaigns and conversions and to understand how users interact with our advertising.
Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel). We use Meta Pixel to measure page views and selected conversion events and to assess or optimize advertising campaigns. The Website currently includes the Meta PageView standard event. Meta Pixel may transmit information such as browser or device identifiers, IP address, Website interactions, page URLs and information about conversion events to Meta.
Telegram advertising tracking. Where enabled for Telegram advertising campaigns, we use Telegram advertising tracking technology to measure conversions and interactions resulting from those campaigns and to assess campaign effectiveness.
Marketing technologies are activated only after the relevant consent has been obtained. If we introduce a new non-essential technology or use an existing technology for a materially different purpose, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, request consent before activating that technology.

3. Legal basis and consent

Where cookies or similar technologies are not strictly necessary, we use them only after obtaining your consent where required by applicable law.
When you first visit the Website, we present you with a cookie banner or consent management interface that allows you to:
• Accept all;
• Reject non-essential technologies; or
• Manage your preferences.
Closing the banner without making a choice does not constitute consent to non-essential technologies.
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time by using the Cookie Settings link available on the Website. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Consent choices recorded on v17. vc do not automatically control technologies operating on a separate domain. Cookies or similar technologies used on an external page are subject to the technical configuration and privacy information applicable to that page.
